Standard platform terms. Operators subscribe per venue and the plan auto-renews until cancelled. SavorCrew exports payroll files — it does not file your payroll taxes. The app assists; the manager decides anything that touches pay or a published schedule.
Acceptance
Using SavorCrew means agreeing to these terms.
Accounts
Operator (dashboard) accounts and crew (mobile) accounts are distinct. Crew sign in via Supabase Auth (Apple, Google, or email/password) and are linked to their roster row on first sign-in; an email magic-link is an optional path. You are responsible for your credentials.
Operator subscription + billing
Per-venue pricing: Solo $9.99 / Team $24.99 / Pro $79.99 monthly, plus Savor Suite Premium at $49.99 monthly flat per tenant. Billing runs on Stripe. Plans auto-renew until cancelled; renewal terms are shown at checkout. Cancel anytime, effective at period end. No prorated mid-period refunds except billing errors reported within 30 days. The price you sign up at is locked for your account for life.
Crew acceptable use
Clock in only for your own shifts. No buddy-punching. Keep your availability and time-off requests accurate.
Limits of the service
SavorCrew computes wages, overtime, tips, and break compliance and provides an audit log for each. These figures are provided to assist the manager's review — the manager is responsible for verifying and approving pay and published schedules. SavorCrew exports payroll files to Gusto, ADP, or QuickBooks; it does not file payroll taxes or act as a payroll processor or employer of record.
State compliance
Labor rules are configured by the operator in the compliance table. SavorCrew presents the rule the operator set and does not provide legal advice.
Termination
Either party may end the relationship. Data handling on termination follows the Account deletion page.
Disclaimers + liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Money math is best-effort with an audit trail, not a guarantee against operator error.
Disputes

Changes
Version-stamped; continued use after changes means acceptance.
