Build next week in minutes, not hours.

SavorCrew drafts the week around your crew — who can work it, who is off, who holds the role, and how last week actually ran. You edit a few shifts and publish.

The draft is done. What's left is reading it — not building it.

What the week costs you now.

2–3 hours building the schedule.

→ AI drafts it. You approve and tweak.

Tip math you're not sure is right.

→ Both models, the math shown, logged immutably.

Missed breaks you find out about at payroll.

→ Compliance flags surface before you export.

What you run from the dashboard.

AI draft

The draft reads your roster, availability and approved time off, then proposes the week by role. You see projected labor before you publish.

Clock

One-tap clock-in with geofence and an optional anti-buddy-punch photo. Offline-tolerant for weak-signal venues.

Swaps

Crew request swaps and claim open shifts. Everything routes to you for approval — nothing changes the published schedule on its own.

Tips

Run pooled or tip-share. Preview every share before you commit. Every distribution writes an audit you can defend.

Checklists

Opening, closing, and prep checklists you can actually see get done — flagged items come to you.

Labor vs sales

Watch labor against projected sales as you build. The same hours feed SavorVitals prime-cost later.

One roster, however many rooms.

Your venues, your crew and your roles are on the same backbone the rest of the suite uses. Someone hired once is hired everywhere you run, and the labor they work lands against the venue they worked it at. No second roster, no double entry.

Already running on it.

Heard Management runs all four of its venues on SavorCrew — pooled tips at CBT, tip-share at Farmacia, brunch peaks at Fenders Diner, event-night swings at Fenders Alley.

Why we're this affordable.

We built these for our own hospitality venues. They already run our dining rooms, taprooms, and event nights every day. Sharing them with other independents isn't free — servers, app stores, support, and development time are real costs — and your subscription covers exactly that: keeping the tools running and improving. What you're not paying for is an enterprise sales machine — or a $30-plus-per-location scheduling bill like 7shifts'. That's why it's $9.99 a venue, published, no contract, with your signup price locked for life.

There is no demo to book.

It is already running. The dashboard opens on a seeded venue with a published week in it — shifts, swaps, time-off requests, punches, and the labor cost those add up to. Click anything. Nothing is locked, and nobody has to get back to you.

Questions a demo would have answered are answered above, and the price is on the pricing page. If you would rather ask a person, email us — that is a door, not a funnel.

Operator questions, answered.

Do I need new hardware?

No. The dashboard runs in a browser; the crew app runs on their phones. A shared back-of-house tablet with a PIN pad is supported for clock-in, but not required.

Can the app publish a schedule on its own?

Never. AI proposes; you publish. Nothing that touches pay or a published schedule happens without a manager.

How do my crew get set up?

Invite them from the roster. They get a claim link, sign in with Apple, Google, or email, and see their week in about two minutes.

What if I run two different tip models?

Run both. Pooled (tenure-tiered) and tip-share with role weights are first-class, side by side — that is how our own venues run.
